     【摘要】 目的：了解公立医院精神药品的应用情况和发展趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用销售金额排序法和销售数量分析法对公立医院2012-2013年上半年精神药品进行统计、分析。结果：精神药品销售金额有所回落，但销售数量逐渐增加。结论：公立医院精神药品的应用基本合理。
